Øystein Bader

Managing Director

Øystein Bader is a Managing Director at EnTrust Global on the Blue Ocean Team. Mr. Bader joined the firm as a Managing Director in September 2024 and has 22 years of experience in the industry. Before joining the firm, Mr. Bader was a Risk Manager for Oslo Merchant Partners Capital AS. Mr. Bader also worked at Nordea Shipping, Offshore & Oil Services Division, where he held the position as First Vice President (from 2012) in the Strategy and Special projects unit. Prior to that, Mr. Bader was a part of the Corporate Finance team as an Associate Director in Nordea Markets (since 2004). He started his career as an Assistant Relationship Manager in Nordea Shipping, Offshore & Oil Services Division in 2002. Mr. Bader holds a Master in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School (Handelshøyskolen BI) and has in addition taken relevant financial executive management courses at INSEAD.
