Rebecca Pacholder

Senior Managing Director

Rebecca Pacholder is a Senior Managing Director on EnTrust Global’s Opportunistic Investment Team. She has worked for 25 years principally as a credit investor across different market cycles. From 2019, until joining EnTrust Global, she was the CIO of Snowcat Capital Management LP, a credit opportunity fund she founded.  From May 2012 through December 2018, she was a Portfolio Manager and Partner at Omega Advisors. Before then, she was a credit investor at Anchorage Capital Group LLC, Sandell Asset Management, and other firms.  She began her career as a corporate attorney at Baker Botts, LLP in Houston. She received a BA from Princeton University and a JD from the University of Texas, where she graduated with honors. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
